Damien Neves

Pastry Chef

Chef Damien is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and is originally from Vallejo, CA. Damien started his culinary journey opening Red Hawk Casino Resort in Placerville, CA as the assistant executive pastry chef in 2008. Over the past 17 years of his career, he has held positions at an executive level at JW Marriott, Mirage and Bellagio Las Vegas. Damien also worked in Palm Springs at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort before opening Chumash Casino Resort in Solvang, CA.
